BRIEF
Makiyama is a packaging design project aimed at heightening the degree of freshness and authenticity in today’s age of takeaway meals and convenience.

Along with having to pick up chopsticks, sauces, wasabi and saucers, conventional sushi takeaway boxes run the risk of damaging its contents or worse, spillage, when one is in a hurry.
Stored in innovative eco-friendly packaging, Makiyama sushi can be sold in chilled vending machines everywhere.

Maki-yama was awarded one of five Merit Awards in the Asia Students Package Design Competition hosted by ASPaC Association Asia in 2020.
